Definitions:

Claude LLC, owner of Camion’s platform: Camion.com.sa

Carrier: Natural or legal person who is paid to carry goods to a specific location, whether directly or through third party.

Shipper: Natural or legal person who pays Carrier or Broker to transport goods from one location to another.

Consignee: Natural or legal person who is authorized to receive goods.

Broker: Natural or legal person who intermediates between the Shipper and Carrier to complete the shipment process.

General Provisions :

Camion’s platform shall retain its right to amend or change or update Terms and Conditions stipulated on the website, at the time it deems appropriate. Such amendments, changes or updates shall be automatically binding on you once they are published on the website.

Unless specifically stated in this Terms and Conditions, Camion’s website shall not be liable to any loss of profits in addition to indirect, consequential, special, accidental or punitive damages resulting from and/or caused by the website and your use of the website and/or any agreement between shipper, carrier and broker, even if Camion was notified of possibility of such damages.

Camion shall retain its right to cancel the agreement and refer to judiciary authorities in case of violation of the Terms and Conditions stated in this website. You shall not allow sharing your Username / Password or other information providing access to the services offered by Camion’s platform.

Restrictions and Prohibitions :

Users of Camion’s platform are prohibited to ship or freight the following items: .

• Prohibited or restricted goods and materials in accordance with regulations applicable inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Dangerous chemicals in accordance with regulations applicable inside Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Intellectual Property Rights

Camion’s website may act howsoever it wishes regarding the Intellectual Property Rights of this platform and Camion Application for Smart Phones and related items or items labeled with “This is a property of Camion’s platform and Camion Application for Smart Phones and related items”. Users of this platform and Camion Application for Smart Phones and related items should not violate Intellectual Property Rights whether by reproducing or allowing others to use or reuse services, trademark, or brand, for any reason. Camion’s platform and Camion Application for Smart Phones and related items may refer to judiciary authorities in case any of violation of Intellectual Property Rights.

Declarations and Warranties :

User of Camion’s electronic website shall declare and warranty that: -His account had never been deactivated or disabled, at any time, by Camion’s electronic platform.

• He is not a competitor to Camion’s platform and that he does not provide any products competing with the services provided by this electronic platform.
• He shall solely be liable to maintaining the Username and Password used in Camion’s platform. In case of unauthorized access, Camion’s platform should be immediately notified .
• He has full legal authority to enter into agreement and that he shall not violate or breach regulations applicable inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or any previous legal contracts

Undertakings:

User of Camion’s platform shall undertake: -providing valid and accurate information as well as updating them continuously and periodically or whenever requested.

• review and adhere to all notifications sent by Camion’s platform.
• not using information, contents or data available on Camion’s platform for other purposes.
• not responding to any requests made by other users via links offering agreements outside Camion’s platform, otherwise Camion’s platform shall not be liable for such requests .
• not using Camion’s platform to cause harm or damage to others, including this platform and its users.
• not cause damage to this platform or the service provided, in any way.
• providing all necessary documents proving identity of user of this platform at the discretion of Camion’s platform.

Notifications:

Camion’s platform may send general notifications by email or text messages (to the mobile number registered) relating to the services provided by the platform.

Legal Liability :

• Camion’s platform shall not be liable to any damages resulting from usage or non-usage of this platform, including damages caused by viruses or malware.
• Service provider shall be liable to quality of services provided via Camion’s platform, including any acts, conducts, or negligence of service provider.
• Camion’s platform shall not be liable to any requests or invitations offering agreement outside this platform. Hence, Camion may take the necessary legal actions against sender of such invitations.
• Camion’s platform may prohibit any users from using this platform. It may also refuse to provide any services without explanation.
